Quiet zones have almost become a requirement within the modern workplace. Sometimes you need a separate space for private conversation or focused work. In today’s office, a greater emphasis is given to the open plan, and very little is provided for privacy and focus.
The Residence Meet Pod structure is made using birch plywood and is left fresh, rendering a natural aesthetic as standard. This element draws the user into a quiet noiseless zone of their own through Biophilia design. The acoustic work pod also offers the option of cladding materials of MFC, Laminate, veneer or lacquered plywood for a more bespoke and colourful finish.
The Residence Meet Pod also offers a range of accessories to support the user. Fitted with a primary power module so occupants can ensure that their mobile devices can be charged, spotlights illuminate the space, cushions provide a comfortable seat during calls or meetings and most importantly it uses advanced soundproofing technology to eliminate unwanted noise.
After studying California’s rich design heritage, the acoustic Residence Meet Pods offer the workplace an enclosed work and meeting sound managed solution. Inspired by the beautiful and modern urban architecture, and designed by leading architects throughout the 20th century, the Residence Work Pod provide an acoustic zone using the minimum floor area.
Available in two versions, Residence Meet Pods offer a front and back glazed pod option, this freely allows light to pass through ensuring no shadows are cast. The second model features a glazed door with a solid back panel. This panel can then be left raw or have MFC, graphics or upholstered panels applied internally.
