How do I place an order?

What is the order process?

Once you’ve placed an order we’ll then email you an order confirmation which needs signing and returning to us.

Is VAT included in your pricing?

No. VAT is charged at the current rate of 20%.

Can you provide a site visit?

Yes, in most cases. We just need an idea of what you’re looking to achieve with your space. Call us and we’ll see when we can book something in.

Do you have other items that aren’t displayed on your website?

Yes – we have an abundance of other ranges that are not shown on our website. If you don’t see anything that suits your needs on this site, we are sure to have what you want elsewhere. Just give us a call and tell us about the kind of furniture you need and we will create a bespoke presentation and send it straight to you. We’re sure we can help.

Is delivery and installation included?

We can only really advise this at the point of your enquiry; it really depends on the size and make-up of the order. Any installation charge will also depend upon the location and floor that the furniture is to be placed.

Can you send me a furniture sample?

Just call us and give us an idea of the size of the order and we’ll see what we can do.

Do you offer a guarantee/warranty?

Yes. Our products are normally covered by the manufacturers standard warranty – unless otherwise stated.
