BA2 Chair

The BA2 Chair is a timber backed alternative to the BA3 Chair. Designed by Ernest Race in 1945 in a time when there was a shortage of wood as material and designers were encouraged to use alternatives.

The BA2 has oak veneered ply back. Its frame is made of cast aluminium, epoxy coated or clear lacquered.
